Questions
What’s the return policy?
Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns for sizing or change of mind. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right.
How long until my order ships?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 7 to 10 business days, then it ships. You’ll get a tracking email the moment it’s on its way.
How does the sizing run?
Oversized and boxy on purpose. If you’re between sizes, size up. Check the full size guide before ordering. We can’t change your size once production starts.
Why does the wash look different on every piece?
That’s not a defect, it’s the process. No two washed pieces come out exactly alike, which is part of what makes each one yours.
What does “Edition of 21” mean?
A small number of pieces are limited to 21 total. Once they’re gone, they’re not restocked. Everything else in the store runs open, ongoing.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship within the United States for now. Join the list and we’ll tell you when that changes.
What are the shirts and hoodies made of?
Every tee is heavyweight cotton with an acid wash finish. Most hoodies are heavyweight cotton with a sunfade finish. The Art Is Not A Crime Hoodie is heavyweight fleece. Full specs are listed on each product page and the size guide.
How do I take care of it?
Wash cold, inside out, hang to dry. Skip the dryer and keep it out of direct sun. That’s what keeps the wash and the print looking right. Full care notes are on the size guide page.
Is 9THVERSE connected to a church or organization?
No. 9THVERSE is an independent brand founded by Tristan Elijah James. The name and story come from his own life and faith, not any organization.
