Shipping policy

Every 9THVERSE piece is made to order, which means production starts after you place your order. It isn't sitting in a warehouse.

Production: 7 to 10 business days before your order ships.

Shipping: 3 to 7 business days within the US after that. Shipping is free and included in your price.

Some pieces ship from our international production partner, so times can run longer. Most orders arrive within two weeks of shipping.

Order status: you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment it leaves production.

Delays happen sometimes. Customs, weather, carrier volume around holidays. If your order is running long, email hello@9thverse.com and we'll look into it.
